I work across product management, technical systems, and learning design. That background shapes how I approach capability change: AI and technical systems have to connect to product value, operating routines, governance, measurement, and everyday work.

At Scaled Agile, I work as an AI Methodologist on the AI-Native framework and courses. Independently, I am developing Continuous Capability Assimilation as a broader research and book track for understanding how major capabilities become part of ordinary work.
